As the practice of Cardiovascular Surgery Specialist Prof. Dr. Cenk Eray Yıldız, we work to protect the privacy of our members who use our site in order to ensure that our users benefit from our services safely and completely. Accordingly, this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) has been prepared to process the personal data of our members in full compliance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”) and to inform our users in this context. Prof. Dr. Cenk Eray Yıldız may process the personal data provided by the Data Subject for various purposes, including: creating membership registrations and accounts and keeping related records; enabling the Data Subject to benefit from the services provided via the Platform; identifying system errors and monitoring performance to improve the operation of the Platform; providing maintenance, support, and backup services; conducting necessary work by business units to enable relevant persons to benefit from the treatments and services offered; planning and executing activities required to customize and recommend these treatments and services according to the tastes, usage habits, and needs of the relevant persons; planning and executing the clinical strategies of Prof. Dr. Cenk Eray Yıldız; and ensuring the legal, technical, and commercial-occupational security of Prof. Dr. Cenk Eray Yıldız and the persons with whom he has a business relationship.

Within the scope of the Data Subject's explicit consent, Prof. Dr. Cenk Eray Yıldız may process data to track the movements of Data Subjects on the Platform to increase user experience, create statistics, perform profiling, direct marketing and remarketing, create and communicate special promotion offers to the Data Subject, and use the data obtained in this context in all kinds of advertising and material content, and may share this data with the parties mentioned below.

Transfer of Personal Data

Prof. Dr. Cenk Eray Yıldız may transfer the personal data belonging to the Data Subject and the new data obtained using this personal data to third parties whose services are utilized by Prof. Dr. Cenk Eray Yıldız, limited to the provision of said services, in order to achieve the purposes set forth in this Privacy Policy.   • Learn the purpose of the processing of personal data and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose.
  • Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
  • Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and request notification of this transaction to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.
  • Request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant legal provisions, and request notification of this transaction to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred.
  • Object to the occurrence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems.
  • Request compensation for damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Exercising Your Rights

Requests regarding the exercise of these rights can be submitted by personal data subjects through the methods specified in the “Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data” prepared by Prof. Dr. Cenk Eray Yıldız under Law No. 6698, available at www.drcenkerayyildiz.com. Prof. Dr. Cenk Eray Yıldız will conclude such requests within thirty days. Prof. Dr. Cenk Eray Yıldız reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee tariff, if any, determined by the Personal Data Protection Board regarding the requests.

When such rights are submitted by personal data subjects through the methods specified in the “Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data” prepared by Prof. Dr. Cenk Eray Yıldız under Law No. 6698, they will be evaluated and concluded within 30 (thirty) days in any case. Although it is essential not to charge any fee for requests, Prof. Dr. Cenk Eray Yıldız reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

With the Privacy Policy (“Policy”), Prof. Dr. Cenk Eray Yıldız aims to provide his users with a detailed explanation about the scope and purposes of Cookie use and to inform his users about Cookie preferences. In this regard, if the Cookie information warning on the Platform is closed and the Site continues to be used, it is accepted that consent is given to the use of Cookies.
