About
Academic Surgery and Vascular Health
Cenk Eray Yıldız, MD, Professor of Cardiovascular Surgery, brings together 30 years of clinical practice, academic medicine and vascular care in Istanbul. After graduating from Cerrahpasa Faculty of Medicine, he began his cardiovascular surgery residency in 1997.
His work has included cardiovascular surgery, artificial heart support systems, international research and training between 2009 and 2012, wound care, venous disease, lymphedema and lipedema.
Since receiving the title of Professor of Cardiovascular Surgery in 2023, his practice has focused on careful diagnosis, clear patient education and structured follow-up for vascular health.
